Shanahan Suzanne E. Suzanne E. Shanahan (Sue) passed away peacefully at home on March 19th. Sue is the youngest child of Alton & Helen Mohr. Sue grew up in Rosary Cathedral Parish, graduated from Notre Dame Academy and went on to Mercy School of Nursing graduating in 1958. Strong in her faith, Sue was very involved at both Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Lourdes parishes serving a number of roles including a Eucharistic minister, president of the Daughters of Mary, and most recently part of the We Build Campaign for the new church. Sue met Dan Shanahan in 1961 and they were married a year later. Sue’s favorite role started the following year when the first of her seven children were born. Sue was a great mother and loved being a part of her children’s lives.
